XIII
Dunno if anyone's brought this game up, XIII, but it seems to be a cell-shaded take on a game like No One Lives Forever. The thing looks particularly neat, I don't know anything about it, but if you can, download the trailer.

I have been interested in this game for a while. I would rather play the PC version for the mouse/keyboard control but since my PC won't be able to run it, I'll be checking out the XB or GC version.
1- Who made it?
2- When is it coming out?
Ubi Soft's Montreal team is making it.
See Green's question #2.
I'm looking forward to this one.

I've been posting info about this game for a while now :)
It definately looks interesting, and I'm looking forward playing it next year.
Getting the trailer now :p
The beauty of the "Search" function -- a little effort and no new thread need be made...
Anyway, I was so consumed with actually playing Ghost Recon, that it was only yesterday when I came across the previews contained on the disc. XIII is one of them, and the preview is quite long -- several minutes at least. Very simply, it was extremely impressive.
Cel-shaded, yes, but with a very distinct "gangster-noir" style that looked a cross between GTA3 and Jet Set, only 10x more interesting. It's hard to tell what was or was not gameplay due to the mix of 1st and 3rd person sequences, but every scene was silky smooth. Also well conceived was the I Spy/Saint/Johnny Quest take-your-pick-of-the-60s cool music, combined with what appeared to be spot-on voice work.
My interest is piqued. If you have Ghost Recon, check it out.
This game certainly looks unique, I'd love to play it.
There's also a trailer on the Splinter Cell disc.Quote:
