Anyone still having problems with GunCon 2 guns?

I bought Time Crisis II and the gun didn't work at all, and my Vampire Night gun stopped working after about 3 weeks... I was able to get a replacement for Time Crisis II since I went right back, but the guy at EB looked at me funny when I wanted to get something for Vampire Night... Anyone else have similar problems still? I thought all the "bad" guns were recalled. Anyway, I guess I'm off to call Namco now. On a side note, will my GunCon 2 work with Point Blank and all the other PSX GunCon games?

This happened to me (well my brother actually). When you call up Namco, they will give you the information you need to display on the box when you return the controller. It takes about a week and a half. Maybe a little faster. Bad thing is you pay for shipping. Oh, and send it with delivery confirmation...

Ok, here's a little update: I was able to bring back Time Crisis 2 since I just got it recently, and got a new copy of it, but they said to call Namco for Vampire Night... I had Time Crisis 2 for a day and the gun stopped working. I'm going to call Namco about this, but I'm not sure how much I really want replacements if I can only place for a couple days at a time with each gun.:rolleyes:

See if you can work out a cycle with them. Every weekend you get a new Guncon 2, and use that package to ship back your not-as-new broken one.
