well, if the goal is to make sure that no one's ripped off by this guy, someone can make a new auction with the title "don't buy ikaruga radiant silvergun 2 for $90" or something similar. in the auction body, explain that you can simply pre-order ikaruga for $60 at most import videogame stores.
