A kid is visiting his elderly grandmother in a hospital. She's sitting in a wheelchair, babbling on endlessly about fighting a dragon or something. Clearly, the old lady's off her rocker. Then, the kid leans close and whispers in her ear, "next time use the magic stones". A smile gentle creeps across the old lady's face. It seems she's not so crazy after all! PS2 logo pops up. The end. That's it. No game screens of anything, nothing.

It wasn't for a game, it was another one of the PS1/2 branding ads.

I thought that commercial was kinda cool actually.
I liked it too. I wish they actually made a game with the white dragon...
All these new Playstation brand ads annoy the hell out of me. They make no sense whatsoever... the freaking gargoyle one... what the hell does that have to do with games?
Seeing a young fella bond with his grandparent is a GOOD thing. It makes me smile and feel warm and fuzzy inside.
The ads are fucking stupid. Everyone knows what Playstation is.
remember when ads used to focus on a particular game, instead of pushing brand recognition?? :D

I hate those Nike commercials! And the Budweiser commercials! And the Coca Cola commercials! They don't have constant footage of the actual product! They suck!!!!11 :rolleyes:
