You probably weren't targeting me with this statement (or you may have been ) but here's my reasoning:

WTF do missions with hobos who need soda cans... retarded kids in pools... dog poo... have to do with BMX? I guess to an extent there's a target audience with the nudity... but the rest make no sense in a BMX game. I hate random stuff added to games "for the heck of it"... similarly to how I voiced my opinion on Munch's Oddysey's tie-in with Sobe.

Here's an instance which I don't mind: McDonald's in The Sims Online. I won't complain about that. But BMX XXX seems like Acclaim is just grasping for straws...

I've said I'm not buying it. I'll be interested in seeing how well it sells, though. The game comes out for Xbox on Friday officially, but it shipped today and should be in stores tomorrow (Tuesday).

Nope, too many other games I want right now, not enough time or money for 'em all.

Maybe sometime next year, when the uncensored version drops to the $19.99 clearance bin (assuming it doesn't get pulled from store shelves or anything before then.) And I have more time on my hands. But, for now and the foreseeable future, not a chance.
