I read on PSO World that it's just an update of the DC PSO book, with less than 20 new pages and the same old typos from the prior edition. Sounds weak.

Then again, the DC book is quite good, so if you don't have that then that might make the new one worthwhile.

Yea I had just read that about it.

I never picked up the DC guide due to not owning the game, but looked through the book a couple of times just to gaze at all the sexy PSO artwork...

I'll probably pick it up this weekend, despite it not being wholly redone.

Man now Indeed have a story for you guys with PSO.

I decided to finally create a FOmar by the name of White Ring which aptly gave me the Section ID Pinknal. I went online with a few friends & decided to play some normal to break him in.

Now on my main character S N K which is Level 115 as of now, I had raised a mag with the sole purpose of being made for a Force meaning this mag is all nothing but pure mind.

I transferred the Mag over to my FOmar and it gave him a nasty head start in the game seeing as all his tech at Level 1 were at level 9 thur 11 off the bat.

A HUmar named Darri shows up and of course he joins and we game all the way to the Dragon.

After we beat the boss we head up and he asks if he can borrow my mind mag to learn some techs. I kinda chuckled but decided to be nice. I asked for his Guild Card and he gave it to me seeing as this confers a sign of trust.

I drop the mag and he very quickly dissconnects and runs off with my mag. That was about 2 weeks ago.

Now I was a bit annoyed at 1st but, I decided that payback's a bitch so I knew that sooner or later he would have to come back on PSO and then his ass would be mine.

Fast foward to last night and he finally shows up in the game as a HUcast. I decided to tell a few friends of mine about this little Level 55 turd and we plotted to royally fuck with his head.

Now the thing is about Guild cards is that the card has a set of #'s on it. This is the Serial of that person's card being sent to you. This way a persona can be traced back and forth yadda yadda.

At the moment 'little bitch' was in a full game so I decided to wait and see or hope someone would leave. Eventually someone does leave and I get my chance.

I enter the game not with the intent of cursing him out but, to teach him that To steal from S N K means that your life on PSO is over!

Here's how it went.

<Him> Hi. Green Pipe.

<S N K> Hey! How's it going?

<Him>Wow that's a cool Sheild!

<S N K> Thanks got it in trade!

We moved on further into the level and I finally reached a point to 'Strike' up a conversation with him.

<S N K>So, How long have you been playing PSO?

<Him> Since V1 day 1

<S N K> Ah ok I was there too.

<S N K> It's such a shame the game was ruined like it was. I have a friend that works for a branch of Sega here in Austin *Yes I do have a friend here that works for Sega*and he tells me about a lot of the calls he gets from people that complain how badly the game was hacked.

<HIM> Yeah True.

<S N K> You know tho the cool thing is that I've actually had people banned that were stupid enough to send me their Guild cards.

<HIM> Hahaha Cool.

<S N K> In fact I think I might have someone banned soon for being a dumbass!

<HIM> Oh yeah who?

<S N K>Why you of course! Does this look like something you know?

<HIM> Oh uh well I can't! I sold it *Dissconnects*

Now of course I chuckled at this seeing as his effort was futile. I already have a lot of trusted players I game with online and it would take very little effort from me to spread the word that this guy is a thief.

Now I went back the lobby and hung out for awhile talking to some people. Lo & Behold I went to where he was and he was hiding in a locked game.

I mailed him thus..

<S N K> Look kid seeing as you sold my mag I want compensation for my work or you will never be able to enter any open games again with any high level players.

<HIM> Dude! I didn't sell it! I have it on me! How did you find me still?!?!

<S N K> Because I AM S N K, That's why. Now here is what you're going to do kid. You're going to give me my mag back and then I'm going to do you the favor of forgetting who you are and you might think twice before stealing someone's shit.

<HIM> Ok ok. Here's your mag! I'm sorry!

<S N K>Apology accepted. Next time don't try to fuck with someone who's not a fucking n00b!

After that he dced and left and I got my poor lost mag back! I'll be honest in saying that I had really fucked with this kid's head because he honestly didn't expect me to remember his ass since it was so long ago he did it.

Hehehehe Man I felt so fucking evil the way I did it and I savored every fucking moment!
