Let me start out by saying that I absolutely hate Notre Dame. I root against them every chance I get and have for about 20 years now. I have seen them call after call that other schools would not. In spite of that clear advantage and the fact that a endless supply of mindless drones will go there to provide talent, they still have won nothing in over a decade. Well, add another year onto that. After being incredibly lucky in beating Purdue without an offensive TD, then Michigan, Air Force, FSU, etc. Now I can let out a sigh that the national embarrassment from South Bend won't be in the National Championship game. I can't wait to see them slaughtered in whatever bowl they are mysteriously elevated to this year.

but it was so sad! none of the students moved when the game ended, we all still stood there and sung the alma-mater. It was disappointing, but at least the program is back on track. I know it's like rooting for the Yankees, so i understand the haters, but there really isn't school spirit like this anywhere else.

when you mention collage football, somebody always has to mention Notre Dame. I mean, ARE THEY THAT SO FUCKING SPECIAL THAT EVERYONE HAS TO GIVE THIS TEAM THE ROYALTY TREATMENT?!? Well, I'm glad I just remembered our Badgers winning the Rose Bowl a few years back and has still reminded me that ND ain't always that great to give a fuck over. They may be poster-boys over at ESPN, but they still got their butts handed to them!
