Eh, legalize it. Its no more dangerous than alcohol, and people who want it can get their hands out it easier than an underage kid can a bottle of vodka.

So much money is poured into this BS "war on drugs" that going absolutely nowhere, and so much if it is weed. Meanwhile, inner city Billy over there, cant have a new text book. Sure, you can argue that marijuana could one day ruin inner city Billys life, but let me assure you that if he wants it, he will get it anyway.

Get caught a few times with weed, you get a worse sentence than Chester, the creepy old pedophile over there. I think our values are just a tad mixed up.

Im not a smoker, but I used to be, and Im not going to sit here and tell you that it ruined my life and was a gateway drug when it wasnt. The only thing that would make weed a gateway drug is that fact that it is classified as an illeagal drug, period. Getting it from pusher #3 over there will possibly lead to pusher #3 wearing you down into buying coke. Cross my hear that you dont smoke it once and suddenly crave smack.

Legalize it, and tax the hell out of it. Bring some money IN rather than using it to imprison Jeff, the pothead, who just so happens to be a swell guy in spite of the fact that hes a smoker.

Porhibition didnt work for shit, and only caused more problems. This has done the very same thing, and someone, somewhere, with a bit of power needs to wake up, swallow their pride and do whatever they can to change it.
