Occasionally you can find a hack for your cable connection. Cause not to long ago I had one back in the @home days. And go get "Download Accelerator" if you don't already have it... That program alone can double your connection speed on D/L 'ing...

I've always been on cable, since @Home launched here actually. I don't know how some of you can stand dial-up, having to wait for pages to load is so damn annoying. I get annoyed when I'm downloading a large file and it dips under a 100K, because I never hit lower than 500K(4000k) with a friend nearby.
