They seem to have Sin & Punishment, and I'd like to buy it...but I don't want to get screwed.

Numbthumb is the mysteriously anonymous web presence of a local bay area import shop called Network Video (it's in Burlingame). The shop itself isn't too bad, so I'd imagine the site should be legit.

Stay far away. I paid for 2 auctions on Ebay last December and didn't get anything for months until I threatened them with postal fraud. Even then, I didn't get an answer but my items magically appeared (not in the advertised condition though). Also, around that time, they got around 100 NEGATIVE marks on Ebay so buyer beware.

I got my copy of Sin & Punishment from them a few months back, everything was fine. But I would NOT order from them, after I got y order all I heard was bad deals, and screw jobs. I guess a few of were lucky, but we are the minority.
