Both of those were part of a package deal. I got it because I was curious about Septerra Core and needed a new copy of Shogo.
Street Fighter Alpha PSX - bought this one because I can't stand using the Dreamcast controller for it. Well that and I can't find the DC version anyway.

gosh...steel batty has got me on lock down...i didn't pick up anything this week...was gonna get RAD and MGS2 substance...doesn't help that zero comes out this week, then splinter cell, then the metroids...i am begin to be very glad that many of the game i was excited about got pushed out...

I got a second Xbox Controller S and played 4-player Halo for five straight hours last night

I might pick up Shinobi or Contra Advance this week. Saving for Steel Battalaion mainly, though.
