  2. I hadn't even heard of this game.. but I am most intrugued. It sounds fun.

I just googled for more information and I found a IGN "Hands-on":

    What system is it for?

  4. Wow, that ign write up sure makes me regret not purchasing this today! Ug.

If I could marry a publisher, it'd probably be Natsume I think. I like cute and quirky.

    No need to get sassy...

  7. So, did anyone buy this? I am eager to see some impressions. I showed the reviews to my girlfriend and she's interested too.

  8. I'll be picking it up (as well as some other titles) this friday to celebrate the end of classes . If no one else has by then, I'll post impressions either fri or sat.

  9. Picked it up a few weeks ago. Not had much time to play it, what with everything else that's been released of late, but the concept seems to work. I could see it becoming a bit repetative in the long run though. Essentially, the gameplay consists of:

    Lay out the roads
    Place houses
Make friends with the people who move in
Find out people's problems (need shops, police, work place, etc)
Talk to people until you find someone who knows people who can solve the problem
Place the new residents who can solve the problem
    Repeat

This is from the first level anyway. I hear the problems you need to solve get more complicated later on.

Also, the making friends aspect involves buying presents, learning new topics of conversation, and a few multi-choice questions (really just guessing though.)

The more problems you solve, the better your aproval rating will become, and the less friendly you need to be with people for them to help you out.

Certainly an interesting game anyway. This is for PS2 (NTSC/U and PAL) incase you missed that earlier. Impressions of the NTSC/U version.

    Later.

  10. Dingo, Which one would you like? "Bottom" or "Breasts"? Me too.

    No wonder it's $20...
