Sucks...I mean I live in MD, but have heard about SHGL through Shoryuken and have been impressed by the competition and players that have come out of there. Sucks.
Bad news. It is some consolation that the games from SHGL will be moved, however.
Although I don't live near CA, I do commiserate. In my town in OH we've lost all but one location of the Putt-Putt franchise... and the remaining one is going to pot with more than a few games in disrepair. Right now it is open on weekends only.![]()
Finished in 2021: 8 games (PC: 4, PS4: 2, PS3: 1, X1: 1)

Fuck! Some fucked up shit I say. I guess all along, Namce and their Pocket Changes and Aladdin's Castle had it all figured out. Regardless, I hate to see the place go, even though i'm on the other side of the country. Heck, even my friends around here don't go into the arcade like they used to. If my buddy Drac showed up to the arcade more, I think we'd attract more people....
*bump*
I blame myself for this. I've lived here in SoCal for almost 3 years now and still have yet to make the Mecca-journey to any of the fabled Golflands. This is all my fault. My pocket-full of quarters could've prevented this in some small way....
Damn you, home-console-units for monopolizing my time!
DAMN YOOOOO!!!
(any idea of how long they'll still be open?)
Pacman.. hmm was that the one in Pasadena?
