Yeah, I used to call the USA-SEGA all the time. They didn't mind you wasting their time. I would ask them what games to get and such. I got my SMS fairly early... 87 I think. I walked into the store and the salesman told me most of the kids were getting NES, and he showed me the NES demo kiosk. I played for a minute, and then went looked back at the SMS kiosk running space Harrier and I looked at the guy and said "You must think I'm retarded. Why would anyone buy an NES?"
Never regretted my choice.
