The OPM review pretty much trashed it. And with THPS4, who really needs it anyway? Unless not seeing Solid Snake skateboard creates a really big hole in your life or something.

Konami's Rollergames was pretty cool. It's not skateboarding but it's similar.
Wasn't Rollergames a pure beat 'em up?

I think Rollergames might have had some obstacle course levels but I don't remember for sure. For a game I used to own, I remember far too little about it.
