The Sega Ages Memorial is th eone with Penguin Land 1. The compilation of modem games for Sega CD is the one with the elusive PL3. It's called "Game no Kandzume Vol 2" and appears more commonly as it's english equivelent "Sega Games Can Vol 2". They are pretty rare, and unfortunately pretty sought after because of they have some Phantasy Star II adventure games on them, and PS collectors feel the need to bid too much.
