a lil help?

i made a lil animation in image ready, an' i'm havin' trouble gettin' it uploaded in html. can anyone help me? the file's about 4 frames long, an' it's not that large.

only a red x apears when i try to....do i have to change the format? it's a "psd".

You have to save it as an animated gif. Browsers cant display psd files.

He is correct. At the top right, change it to GIF format(the less colors you save it with, the smaller the filesize), then File -> Save as Optimized.

open up the .psd version and hit save for web and select the transpantcy.
