You might want the japanese cart as the US one is supposedly rarer (meaning they charge you more than double for it). If you just want to get your game on, you should make sure that you're getting the more common cart. Check out the price guide on neo-geo.com for some guidelines.

It's a good start for someone without a clue...besides, I've only heard bad things about the home cart guide there. The MVS guide seemed fairly accurate, last I checked.
