Anyway, the series is dumbed down even further by total removal of the overworld map, making it even more streamlined. They go back to the yuppie character designs and personalities that helped make 8 so terrible, and the sphere grid levelling up system was just as annoying as it was innovative. The combat was pretty good, which instantly makes it better than VIII was, but the story was hackneyed and I just couldn't get into it, and the blitzball was just retarded. And had such high hopes for the game after they'd rebounded so well with IX. Oh well...
Poof... you opinion does not match mine. Therefore you must be shot.

I'll gladly sell it to you for $20... it must be worth a $10 savings, since I hate it... right?
I will not fall for your twisted reverse-reverse-reverse-reverse psychology. Besides, you'd just spend the $10 on blank CD Roms to copy Kakuto Chojin onto, anyway.

  4. Silly boy, Xbox games go on blank DVD's.

  5. I'd say FFX, but the game was everything I thought it would be. A total embarrassment.

I'll have to give the nod to State of Emergency. Funny for about five seconds, garbage afterwards.

Like I said, almost everything was as I expected, good or bad...

  7. I wonder if anything is going to be added to the upcoming Xbox port of State of Emergancy.
    Barf! Barf! Barf!

They are adding even more suck.

  9. Blinx-I REALLY wanted to like this game. I put in the obligatory 10 hours, and then realized that "fun" was no where to be found.

Suikoden III-Maybe it's me, maybe it's the RPGs', but I actually fell asleep while playing this. Aweful battle system.

Gunvalkyrie-Oh how I tried to love this. I envy all of you that fell in sync with this game. I have trouble patting my head and rubbing my stomach, so maybe that's where my faults are.

Lots of people disliked Mario then. Now, they're the only ones still talking about it.
I remember 3 or 4 people voicing complaints about Mario Sunshine when it came out and the rest of the board attacking them for daring to call a Mario game overrated.
