no the chips are about that price as well. usually $160-200 total depending on the chips, plus installing.

Tiny Toons : Defenders of the Universe (or is it Loonyverse?) isn't released yet. Swing-Games, Treasures European publisher has a release date of Quarter 1, 2003...

while Conspiracy Entertainment (the ones who allowed treasure to use the tiny toons label and publish games here in the US) havn't upadted their site in ages. According to some release date lists it is still TBA 2003..gah.

I have no idea how I got so cheap then.....but I'm pretty sure someone else on these boards got it modded for that price.
