Can't say I liked New Nightmare much either, but it wasn't really a Freddy movie anyway. It was just some demon in using the guise of Freddy. It was an interesting cocnept but...meh.Most fans seem to find New Nightmare the 2nd best Elm Street film...but then, these tend to be the same people who think the Halloween movies are are the best of the genre.
Also, just to bitch s'more. Freddy had the worst makeup of any of his movies in New Nightmare. It was just terrible, unrealistic and very plastic looking.
