Super Ghouls and Ghosts worth getting?

Saw this on a shelf (with SNK boxart!) and was tempted to get it. Is this just a straight snes port with no new things? I was hoping for a whole remake of the game. Loved the arcade game. What are are the new things included so I can make a decision?

I love the GnG games but I can't help but feel I'm just buying the same game I completely blew through all those years ago on snes, and that the money could be better spent on something else.

Oh and btw is Breath of Fire 2 any good? Worth getting?

I think Gamespot and IGN have reviews on it. I presume you are talking about the GBA port. As always, www.gamefaqs.com has reviews on it. Some are good.

I happen to like it. Although, it does nothing to solve the original SNES game's slowdown, and this is a port of a game that is 11 years old now. Such problems should no longer exist.

There is new material in this game as well. A new stage or two, plus remixed old levels using new & better graphics, new enemies, & returning enemies from the original Ghosts & Goblins.

Again, the new levels have a LOT of slowdown.

I recommend it if you are a Ghouls n' Ghosts fan. Otherwise, you can live without it as you aren't missing out on too terribly much.

All the old capcom faves: BOF, SFA, GnG, Megaman, etc but...

Where are the freakin cps 2 beat em ups?!

Come on capcom make me some arcade conversions like AvP, Knights of the round (I would kill for this) or punisher. You NEED the $. And make them arcade perfect. So far, on a technical level the only game that has impressed me was SFA3 and that wasn't even made by capcom. Lol (and I'm still a little bit pissed about GBA final fight not being more like the arcade game. Yeah I know I'm nitpicky)
