Not on mine.
You are just a weirdo.
Anyone having this problem.
Look at the back of your PS2 games, are they dusty?
It seems that my PS2 is blowing dust into the discs when I play them.
Anyone else notice this?
With my other consoles that uses a disc, when i play them, no dust accumulates.

Actually, it happens to mine too (if what you're talking about are rings of dust). It's no big deal, I guess.

Dude! You need to blow the Bong smoke away from the console. Open a window, would you?
Yeah! You fucking hippie!
Yeah, some PS2 systems supposedly do this, one of the problems people seem to complain about. Didn't the creator of Resident Evil, his name escapes me for the moment, mention this when he lambasted the PS2's construction in an interview he did?
omg TNL epics!

It's all in jest. I've never really noticed it. I pulled out a couple of my PS2 games and only noticed residual dust, nothing out of the ordinary.
Check your model number on the back of your PS2. If it is a 30001 or 30001 R series, then you may experience problems with dust on your games in the future. Those models suck ass at ventilating dust and crap out of the system, and it actually accumulates inside the system. Sony also didn't make the voltage of the laser powerful enough so eventually you could get the infamous "Dirty Disc Error".
That means the PS2 can't read certain formats, (sometimes its the DVD, other times its the CD based games and sometimes it won't read a damn thing). They pretty much admitted this and fixed the problem with the new 39001 series.
Sorry to be the bringer of bad news, but I thought that at this point it was pretty common knowledge. Try to take good care of your system and it should last you quite a while; vaccum the dust out of the vents if you need to. Hope that helps.
