Probably Galaga or Tetris. Anything more complicated would almost certainly suffer from a lower level of longevity.

Sakura Taisen 3.

If you ever get sick of the main game, there's tons of stuff to do in the Elegant Paris Day mode such as trying to beat your score in the character minigames (Kokuriko Smash is totally awesome!) and the loaded Casino Taisen 3 minigame.
