Yeah, being stuck on a desert island is the only way I'd ever put in enough time to master that game.

I haven't played the game, so maybe you mean something else, but online capabilities are off-limits for this thread.

From what I've heard of it, Animal Crossing sounds like it might be a good choice. Since you'd no doubt go insane eventually, the fact that the game mimics actual time and seasons would make it seem like you have your very own little village of friends!
