Hey,hey! I happen to like the TBs!.......

....no, actually, I don't. Resume bashing please!

  2. I like watching it for the footage. Every time I see that Sesslar guy I keep thinking he's Scott Thompson from Kids in the Hall. I wish Scott hosted the show as Buddy Cole
Anyone see the best games of the year show where they had the staff pick their favorite games? That was some of the most insincere they-wrote-this-for-me-because-I-don't-give-a-shit-about-games bull I've ever seen.

  3. As with most of the content on Tech TV, I must say that I am a fan. In our area we only have RCN for cable and as a resuly I had often found myself lacking those choice channels. As soon as we got digital cable in our area, tech tv was the only channel I watched. Eventually, RCN of Hillsborough took Tech TV off the digital channels and tossed it in the basic package because of how well it was received in our area.

As for extended play specifially, I can't praise it to the high heavens simply because I think the show is hit or miss. Don't get me wrong, I'll watch it every time I catch it but sometimes they are talking about shit I just don't care about. How many times do you need to see how they Mo Cap a NFL game by 989 that no one in their right mind would buy anyway? Either way, the show is great for it's footage, the reviews are often rater fair, and as for the Sessler guy-- He's not nearly as dull as the guys on Gamespot video reviews and he's not nearly as annoying as the average gamer is often depicted (Blockbuster ad campaign).

  4. Gee, not a year ago, Lucas and friends were reaming the show and the hosts. What a change. I love the show, myself. Yes, Adam seems a little coked up sometimes, but he does have a great personality, and he obviously loves what he does. The enthusiasm shows, and makes the show better, IMO. If the reviews seem padded, that may be the EP reviewers, and not necesarrily him. I've seen him (and the actual reviewers) absolutely destroy games in a review. Yes, it's rare to see a game get less than 2 stars, but 2 star games are considered below avg. on the show.

I'm hoping the show will get up to an hour at some point, but EP's crew has been lucky to keep their current budget so far, from what I understand.
