When did I complain? When the hell did I want the little kid to shoot his mother? When did I support these comments(which is what we, in the REAL world, call BLOWING OFF STEAM)? Oh, and my "little esrb talk" is one of the main issues of this discussion. Try starting(and keeping)a conversation about ratings in video games or video game violence without mention the ESRB. If the companies start losing the lawsuits against them, they'll have to start limiting where the game is marketed/sold. That means less and less stores will be selling the games with an "M" rating, which means less and less of a chance to purchase the games that we enjoy and want to play. Don't be surprised if people over 18 will start having to show I.D. to buy games with an M rating.

I don't have to know shit about politics, I just know what I have witnessed the near 20 yrs I have lived. What is making you people so angry? They are not going to take your games away.

Yoshi is always angry, I wouldn't be surprised if he meant it. And it wasn't just him. It's different to say "God I'd like to smack her" and what he said.

Here's the way I see it. The esrb was created in for the purpose of protecting companies against retard mothers like this. Without it, they COULD very well lose the lawsuits.

But, I don't even care about that. I'm just confused about how people can be so upset top say the things they did over something like this. It's a VIDEOGAME and a STUPID LADY WHO WILL NOT WIN! Hmm...I could have sworn Greece and the United States were different. Maybe I learned wrong in school.

The esrb is a joke b/c no one pays attention to it. Most stores ignore it.
