No, but both are vulgar statements that could lead to a fight, or worse. Maybe if the comments were "fucking retard" and "simply beautiful", then you'd have an arguement. But with either comment, you're likely to get smacked.

When the box has images of pimps and such, the name "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City", and a big ol' M in the corner... it sure doesn't look like a racing game. The content descriptor on the back of the box also has a few things to say about why it is rated M, also (i.e. Blood, Violence)

I think the ESRB ratings should be done a little differently. The M rating tag should be red and twice the size, while the T tag should be yellow and also twice as large. The E tag should stay the same. There should be AAMA/AMOA style content markers on the front of the box such as "Life-Like Violence Strong" next to the rating. Not everyone looks at the back of the box.
