half ass coloring job for remy. I intented to colored the line art, but after working on it for so long (2 hours hah) i just wanna get it over with. enjoy it.

and you cannnn my friend. just use the free form pentool, then right click make selection, then set feather at 2-3 pixel for the soft edge look.

Hiya, Fist ! Pretty nice coloring considering it only took you 2 hrs. Can't seem to make out his shirt details, though... too dark. Luv the shades on the pants. Free form pentool, eh...?

yeah mrdandy, you know how the pentool works? well with the freeform pentool you don't have to adjust each individual curves, just use the freeform pentool to draw u a set of nice curves. And no matter how shaky your hand is, photoshop will make the line nice a smooth. so if u do this /\/\/\/\/, ps will turn it into this -------------,(without the spaces of course)

i think PS 6or later has the vector tools he's talking about, but I always do my vector work in freehand. Seeing Fist's very good coloring job and a review in computer arts magazine (UK Mag from future publishing, very good, recommend it to all digital creatives) makes me consider photoshop for more than scanning and file managing.

NO man PS5 also has the freeform pen tool(vector tool), its more sensitive too i have to say. You can even hit enter(the num pad one) to make it a path rather than having to right click. Photoshop is most definitely for more than just scanning and file managing. OTher wise it wouldn cost 600 bones.
