Tears of the Sun - Bruce Willis latest

This film came as total surprize to me. I didnt know anything about it, till few days ago, I saw some pics from it on DarkHorizons site. Then I downloaded the trailer, and it looks like an interesting action/war movie. Its directed by Antuan Fuqua, who directed Replacement Killers and Training day, so I'm sure it will have style, and some nice action scenes. Its coming this March, so check out the trailer here:

This movie looks likes all the others; war, survival, not obeying you commander's orders. I don't like.

Well, Sure its another war movie, but at least it has director I like, and stars actors I like.

I'm looking forward to this but after the Windtalkers I won't hold my expectations too high but the preview looks very good.

I like Bruce Willis and am glad to see him returning to an action oriented Movie.

I will post some thoughts when I see this Sat.

Yeah, I'm seeing it Saturday as well. At first I thought it would be just another "war" movie, but it looks like more of an action film in style, so its better suited for my taste. I like Fuqua(love Replacement Killers, and Training Day was a very good movie as well), so I hope I will enjoy Tears.

I thought Training Day was weak but this title looks pretty interesting. The one thing I wasn't impressed by was the shitty CG of people marching in the feild. Couldn't they have just hired some extras or something? Geez, it looks really cheesy.

Other than that the movie looks enthralling enough to make me see it.
