The Beach Boys (especially Brian Wilson) were great. Go buy Pet Sounds and you'll know. Smash Mouth makes me think of sunny pop songs, therefore the Beach Boys thing. I was saying Pretty Fly makes Smash Mouth look like gods in comparison. That song is wretched.
