Well, you guys have made me more than curious about the MMBN series, but since everyone here has played them I haven't heard excatly what kind of games they are. Could someone give me a rundown on how they play? Thanks.

Anybody that's curious about the series, do a search on the boards for Mega Man Battle Network and posts by me.
I've been hawking the series ever since the first game came out.
Really top class stuff, and I love both games. I'll be picking up the third soon.
Battle Network Rockman .EXE 3 is Megaman Battle Newtork 3 White Version, while Battle Network Rockman .EXE 3 Black is Megaman Battle Newtork 3 Blue Version... whew!Originally posted by Tsubaki
Yes, and NCS is actually opening up -preorders- for Rockman Exe Black. I don't exactly know what the deal is, or if it has anything to do with the US White/Blue.
i just got this game about 3 weeks ago. i'm about 28 hours in and am now using heat-shadow style. my first style change was wood guts.i t was cool for a sec but the fire damage was just so bad. i noticed there wasn't much talk of this game after it came out so i was just wondering what anyone who has it thinks of the game. i think the style changes add so much more depth to it overall. i played through the first game and was totally bored with just collecting chips and such. i really wish i didn't wait so long to pick this up since mmbn 4 and that other battle chip challenge game are supposed to be coming out soon.
65 hours in. wood custom style. am i the only one here playin' this game?
I have both white and blue version chilling unopened on my shelf.
I'll get to 'em, soon...
K.NEMO!!! get to these games as soon as you can!!! there's just so much more you can do in these games than in the previous ones. once i got to the point where i could get style changes and build up a better folder the time i'd spend with this game would just.....vanish. i've spent most of my break from school on this game (tried to get back into dragon warrior 7 but that didn't work out). more recently myself and a friend have been goin' at it in the versus mode an' it's just a blast. we spent an hour at least this evening going back and forth changin' folders, tradin' chips an just fukkin' eachother up. it's so fun. that's enough outta me.
Yeah, I have been playing Battle Network 2 and 3 over the break as well. I just beat the Navi time trials, which honestly weren't that hard at all. Custom Style and the Apprenctice folder just blew past them all. I can't wait for Battle Chip Challenge.Originally Posted by rama
