I don't see what the use of the debate is, but they're always fun so why the hell not?

((I really believe that Nintendo sent them their latest data update - in XML, comma delimited, Oracle export, etc - that included an entry for this item, which included the description and suggested retail price. Amazon just loads that data into the website through some automoated process and voila - a debate is born).
This will not end up in the fight club. He has his opinion and I have mine. I respect his opinion. He thinks he has enough facts to formulate his opinion, I don't think I have enough. Nothing more than that.

Um, no shit Amazon didn't get where they are by selling Not For Resale software. That doesn't mean they won't do it.

The only people who buy the Bonus Disk for $70 are idiots. So it really does not matter. Amazon makes it clear that you get the game for free with a $50 purchse of Wind Waker. If you read that and still buy the Bonus Disk for $70 you are an idiot.
Can Amazon do this? I have no clue and I don't care. I am not going to buy the bonus disk for $70 because I am not that dumb.
And I don't not feel sorry for anyone who buys it for $70 becuase they are morons. Its not amazons fault, its the customers fault.
If you read, "Get this game for $70! Or get it for free with purchase of this $50 game!" and then buy the $70 game you are an iditot and deserve to be out that $70. Its as simple as that.
Barf! Barf! Barf!

I'll just point out this (without having checked today's rankings):
As of last night, the overall sales ranking for Zelda the Wind Waker was #1 at Amazon. The ranking for the bonus disc is #2. That's an awful lot of people paying the $70 for the bonus disc.

Was that just for games, or the whole site?
well put! If anyone should be getting mad at someone, we should be getting mad at the stupid consumers for buying the bonus disc for $70. I say good job to Amazon for working on the stupidity of some people to make a few extra bucks. And I don't not feel sorry for anyone who buys it for $70 becuase they are morons. Its not amazons fault, its the customers fault.
