Yes Twinkle Tales is excellent, it's better than Pocky and Rocky.

Gley- Lanser is another good Genesis import, plays kinda like R type. MM the wily wars is also excellent.

Btw, has anyone played the genesis version of Vampire Hunter? Is it any better than the MSX game?

Yep, those are good stuff... I do love Rockman Mega World... even though it does have a few slowdown problems. Vampire Hunter is the Japanese name for Castlevania Bloodlines I do believe.

  3. Damn, I thought it was a remake of the original<vampire hunter not castelvania>.
Is Vampire Hunter available on Konami's MSX antiques?

You want the original arcade game? That one has never been released on any home consoles to the best of my knowledge... but I could be wrong.

  5. It was released on the MSX.

xS, I believe you're thinking of Akumajo Dracula(Vampire Killer), the first game in the Castlevania series. The NES Castlevania 1 was based on this game.

Twinkle Tale and Gley Lancer are quite good. Another Genesis import I like is Devil Hunter Yoko.

  7. Yes, I was reffering to Vampire Killer- the very first game in the series. From what I hear, it's a different game from the NES vania.

From what I hear some parts are the same as NESvania, some parts are different. Hardcore Castlevania fans like Yoshi can probably describe the differences. I only played the MSX one briefly.
