Not yet, I sent my stuff out today, though I did get in contact with Melf last night and let him know what has going on, as stated by Ragnarok and radiant in the tread his sig links to, I'm not out to rip anyone off, though it is all because of stuff on my end, to which I have no excuses, I let the stuff go way too long, and he has every right to be pissed or angry or whatever emotion he feels is right at the moment.

Oh, and I really really hate my cable service, since I've moved to my new place, its been about 50/50 between when the cable works and when the cable doesn't work, so its hard to play PSO/browse TNL/gets news and whatnot

It seems to be just an unfortunate misunderstanding that will hopefully be resolved soon enough.

Somebody traded me a God Technique and God Body today, as well as that thingie that raises all your stats by 5. My Force is now a mean little lassie and ready to whup ass on very hard.
