The fact of the matter is that, yes, this is a sign that things are very, very bad in the world; yes, our society is far to immature to have gotten as far as we have; etc. But, honestly, and this is from someone who believes in God: God has nothing to do with it - people in large numbers being too stupid to live has everything to do with it.

The only people that a prescribed ideology helps are those who couldn't make it through life without some sort of handbook. The way I see it, go with whatever gets you through the night, by all means. At the same time, equating everything naughty and stupid in the world to lack of a crutch is, well... Naughty and stupid.

These people lack education and common sense, not God.

Y'all better lay off Master of 7s. He has a good point: God does make a difference. God does tell Priests not to fuck little boys in the brown, and then threaten that God will send them to hell for ratting them out. I mean, how could anybody forget that Preists are, like, the most Godly people in the world and they never, ever, spooge the brown? Esp. boy brown.
