ahh.....to hell with it. I'm ordering this game. there's no place to rent games around here, so it's either buy it or never play it at all. I'm hearing more good than bad about this game so that's good ^_^

Its hard to determine the difficulty, because it does so many things different from traditional rpgs, I'm not sure if the game is difficult or if stuff is just so different I need to adapt.

I'm still not used to having a save spot/inn after every dungeon or boss battle to revive my stats.

I also didn't pay attention that only your party exp is saved, so I used all of it up right away. Now I'm about to restart and I'll have none.

I just got it yesterday, and played about twenty or thirty minutes into it. It seems really cool. The battle system was fun, and I like the strategy that you're obviously going to have to use. Other than that though, I really haven't seen much. The music is awesome though.

I just got mine today, I'll probably start it after I finish Suikoden III ... I'm hoping the game is good and that the dragon thing won't bother me.

I can't wait to hear the soundtrack

Dude, how can they be valid when every single person in that thread got past the part you were stuck at without much difficulty? I think you should at least play past the 3 hour mark before denouncing it as crap. Almost everyone else seems to be really into it.

First of all: I never said the game was crap.

And second: I wasn't the only person to have problems with the difficulty. You need to go back through and read the thread.

Thirdly: I played further than three hours, go back and read my replies in that thread if want to see more. We've got into my reasons for not liking it enough times, I don't think I need to retype them all.

Well, Rygar, though it saddens me, will be going back today to make way for Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter! I can't wait to get playing!

No kidding, this whole limted saving/healing bit is taxing me. I've started scouring areas praying for those little maggot-like bugs so I can load up on Heal Kits. Thank the Gods using items doesn't use AP in battle.

I still haven't figured out how to use the Temp Save, though.

I like it quite a bit. Nice graphics (outside the 'cinema' filter, which is ass ugly), beautiful music, interesting combat system.

And it was wise of them not to put a 'V' on the package, this is definitely an experimental title - and I dig it
