Yes..i know.....1 friggin screen shot that says nothin.....yes i know i sound like a friggin crazed fanboy...but the thing is...i have been waiting for news on FF12 since i first heard about it like a year ago.and why....ahem!(angry japanese voice)MATSUNO YASUMI!!!!!!!!(angry japanese voice)the man behind Vagrant Story and Final Fantasy Tactics,2 of the most underrated and greatest thing to come out of square...followed by Einhander(anyone want to sell there copy by the way???).i love both those games....and the thought of what he might do with FF(like...puttin BACK the fantasy) makes me giggle like a...well,like a fanboy!

It's for that very reason alone (Matsuno), that I think FFXII might be the first to actually play as well as it looks.

Though... FFX-2's engine intrigues me, although the idiotic fanservice is making it painful to look at.

Edit: Oh, and far better that you be a fanboy of a person or team than something as silly as a name.

At first I hated everything I saw about X2.

All the crappy fanservice, the move away from the battle system/sphere grid of X, and the lack of many playable return characters.

But the close the release date gets, the higher my expectations grow.

I'd still rather have a more direct sequel to FFX...but I'll try and keep the bitter, jaded old gamer thoughts to myself till I learn a bit more about it.

and kidnemo..i hop eyou don't think i am talking about FFX-2.i am talking about FF12.and there is a screenshot in the newest OPM..along with a KICK ASS DEMO of Z.O.E. 2nd runner.

I had no idea a screen of FF12 (I've just seen that initial artwork that was floating around) was out yet...I was planning on grabbing the new OPM for the demo anyways, this'll just give me more incentive.

Kid~it looks like a CG scene but it might be the artwork.it looks like a little town inside a canyon,with a airship at the top...i thought it was a cg shot but if its the artwork...its still good.oh and uh..anyone want to sell there copy of Einhander??
