This thread topic is extremely vague, but understand I did it on purpose. If I had named the thread, "I just got ordained," or "WEEEEE! I'm a Reverend," I figure it wouldn't have gotten as many hits. That said, here's my ordination statement:

In Proclamation to All Present
United Christian Ministries International
accepts James David Bacon, having demonstrated
by actions and by statement of faith, a dedication to
our Lord, Jesus Christ and the teachings of His Word,
into the world wide unified ministry of
United Christian Ministries International.

ON OATH

I, Rev. Steven B. Smethers, on behalf of this ministry,
do hereby select and appoint you, James David Bacon,
a legally ordained and recorded minister of
United Christian Ministries International,
and hereby authorize you to officiate and perform all
standard Christian ceremonial services in accordance
with the directives of the Holy Christian Bible, on this day,
February 10th, in the year of our Lord, 2003.
