Since I own Panzer Dragoon Orta and have Zelda:WW and Ikaruga pre-ordered and paid for, I'd say Halo 2. But there are a lot of other games I'm looking forward to this year-- Soul Calibur 2, F-Zero, Viewtiful Joe, Tenchu 3, and 1080. Starfox Armada and Fable are must-haves for me, but I'm not sure they'll be out before 2004.
