Thread: Gamespot reviews Capcom vs. SNK 2: EO (score 8.7)

  1. Bahn: Man, I don't really know why, but I'm really surprised you're so pumped about this game. Every post from you is an orgasm in text. Damn man. Pull up your shorts.

    Rumpy: Lay off the music. I'm sick of y'all. The music is tight. I just wish there were more (stages).

    Has anyone noticed the music-be-gone glitch? Once you do a dramatic KO, the music never comes back on. Anyone?

  2. Brisco: I don't see why you're so suprised to be honest (perhaps some clarification on your part) Long before you were a part of this community, before GameGo! and TNL was in its infancy, I was the resident fighting game editor. This "gushing" context you refer to is actually pretty natural for me. I am generally passionate about a lot of things, it's just not as vividly expressed online

    Mech: The setup is akin to the ol' SNES layout. Heh, I don't know how I ever managed to play on that. Hell, I used to play Super Street Fighter X (known as Turbo stateside) on the 3DO pad...now that's extreme!!!! ^_^

  3. I'm not questioning your love. It's just a surprise. All I ever see is the the lawyer in you. Instead of reading Bahn, I usually see Ban! (Serious)

    Anyway, I'm glad to hear about your CVS induced orgasms.

    The 3DO pad was sweet.

  4. LOL. there's a lot you have yet to learn about me. Go back and read some of the old fighting game reviews, then stay tuned for my hands-on review next month.

    ...they're not orgasms though. just passion

    oh, and there's no need to be in "lawyer" mode because everyone is being really great and obeying the laws. ^^;;;;

  5. Yo, if every song on the soundtrack was a full blown disco blast like "We're Making Tru Luvv Beybee Uh huh" I'd proclaim this the greatest soundtrack ever. If you're gonna go disco go balls out.

    I don't even know how to react to that. Soundtrack's not as good SF III DI/TS, so I'll give you that.

    I took all your French Toast.

  8. Yes, soundtracks by Capcom lately may as well be called Groove Mix or something. Actually, they did kinda do that already after MvC2: New Age of Heroes was released. Bleh, I can only take so much of "I am going to take you for a riiiide" over and over and over. @_@

    Then you had the tracks on Street Fighter 3: Third Strike. I officially dubbed that "Ghetto Strike" because of all the new urban-style, "hip" tunes. I don't know if its due to the cross-culture influence from the West, or their aim to relate to the times. What I do know is that it's not fighting music, it's more or less something you'd expect to sing or dance to...
