I agree with your statement about relegion, burg. I enjoyed every second of FFTs plot line.

I don't remember exactly, but I haven't found any of the totema fights hard because I just disable/charm all the helper units and focus on the boss.

I think I had archers/snipers with cupid and concentrate at that time, or Jugglers with Dagger (damage + disable). Gunners with Charm/Stopshot make fights like this easy too. Also, I make sure the person that can bring others back to life has an Angel Ring, or casts Auto-life on herself first turn, just in case.

You see, there's my problem. I haven't been exploiting the status ailments as I should be. Looks like I have some character building to take care of before I try to tackle him again.

I have a Juggler, so I'm sure he'll help, but I ditched nearly all my archers.

It's going to be a long road.

There are a few items that absorb fire that I came across - the Blaze Robe and Fire Shield. I had at least two of each so I just equipped them and Adrammelech's nasty fire attack was nullified (as was that of the fire dragon). Failing that, you can try outlawing Fire but since the boss can't get a red card I don't know if it will matter.

you can outlaw the other elements if you have them and get the helpers thrown in prison.

I have a feeling it'll be dumied down for US audiences. Shame too considering what that would do for the GBA's image. I mean didn't a majority of original GB owners fall into the adult category anyhow?

Alright! I finally beat Adrammelech, thanks to you guys and your advice.

My first action during the battle was to outlaw fire, which nullified the red dragon's breath weapon. Then I used Dagger on one dragon, and Aim: Arm on the other.

After I wasted the board with Famfrit and Ultima, the dragons were toast with minimum clean-up. However, when I got Adrammelech's HP down far enough, I guess he figured he was going to die anyway, he kept using his fire attack and getting yellow cards. Bastard. Still, I aced him. Thanks guys.

I have never had an enemy do anything to get penalized from a judge. :/

Yeah, I thought this was the general concensus, which is exactly why it supprised the Hell out of me. Not only did he do it once, but twice in a row.

He even killed two characters by doing it, but didn't get the Red Card, as it's impossible for you to win to a boss by having them incarcerated.

Now that I think about it, that's probably why he did it. He knew he wasn't going to get in to much trouble.
