Well, I didn't personally review Tenchu 3, but from the review text it appears to suffer from some of the same issues afflicting dmc2—it's too easy overall and the bosses are a cakewalk. Still, 7.5 is a very good score. recommendable.

Price should never enter into a review score. If Dracula X was released as-is on the PS2 today for $100, it should receive all 10s. Does it push the hardware? No. Is it cheap? No. It's just the best God damned game ever made.

If you're assembling a list of the 100 best games of all time, I agree. Reviews, however, don't exist to determine a game's place in the all-time pantheon - they're there for readers to make purchase determinations. And price is always a factor there.
