Thread: IGN Intern wanted

  1. I'd love to try out. Well, if I were 18, not writing for this site, living in SF, and could drive
Buy Yakuza and Oblivion. Help yourself, help TNL.

And we also mutilate people that walk slower than three miles an hour. Stay away from here!

hmm, I might visit one of these days. That just gives me an excuse to rip somebody's head off.
don't wanna tangle with you, I'd rather tangle with him.
I think I'm gonna bash his head in...

  4. Sli1p~

Livermore's In & Out burger is one of the better ones I've been too. Fast and yum.

    mmm, dead cow! yummy

I had this diner next to me that was really great on taste. toasty buns, grill-fried quarter-pounder topped with anything you want and they can prep it with any sauce you like. (A1 baby!)

    whoops, off topic

I'll probably shoot off an e-mail tonight. Destiny is afoot!

    ...

    Or something.
I thought the IGN offices were in Brisbane. Do they even have a BART stop near there ? If not, that another $2 for the MUNI bus ride or whatever.

I think the only way to afford this internship is to pitch a tent in their office and to sustain yourself from raids on the company fridge. You'd have to resell all the free goodies on Ebay anyway for food money

  9. I fit that criteria like a glove! When I edit my work, of course (which I almost certainly do not on most occasion). But, the bad news is, I live in Toronto. So, without a word edgewise, there goes that. I have other plans about getting in on the industry, so it's not a big deal.

I do enjoy IGN, but don't get premium content. I remember back when the site was N64.com with the old black and red look. Now that's tasty.

If I did enter. I would say something along the lines of myself being a perfect fit for the job due to the sparse regime of personal hygiene I give up simply to play videogames. Also I would say that I'm a funny guy when I want to be and that it's capitalist fat cats like George Clooney that are keeping the little people like me down.

I would then hit them with the knockout punch of: "sex sells" and include an attached photo of Mel Gibson to that I would attempt to pass off as my own.

Ah well then, two posts in the same thread will probably drive you nuts.
Oh boy, do I ever get driven nuts by many a thing. Why just the other day I was walking along when a giant squid attacked me with a giant foam hammer! I sung him lullabys to soothe his soal and put him to sleep. I got the idea from a recent PVPOnline sketch I read about looneytunes. Ahh, that was a good day. Too bad I don't like calimare.
