Yoshi's Island- That little spinnning island is too cool.

Zelda:Ocarina of Time- Link riding through Hyrule Field on Epona is a great way to start the epic game.

Other favorites: JGR&JSRF, Metroid Prime.

The one from Ignition Factor was also great.
Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask each had great title screens.
