The Magic Box ran with a rumour of an online Guilty Gear a while back, but I think that fell through. Aside from that, there aren't any plans on making new/re-releasing fighting games w/ online capabilities yet.
bbobb and Werewolf are spot on with me. Granted me and 88 have already played Last Blade 2 a lot online, but I'd love to see it on a console.
Despite the orchestra of "no" bars sung above...no announcements have been officially made, but rumor has it that at least two additional fighting games are in development (aside from Onimusha and Soul Calibur 2 - obvious developments). We'll know for sure at E3.
