It looks to me like there's 4 more characters left to be unveiled. If you look at the source, there's 4 place holder images (eg. chara_p_d2.gif). Hopefully it's not just wishful thinking.
Only 5.5 days left until the first video is shown.

So far, I'm a bit dissapointed. With about two exceptions on each side, this is the most basic bare bones roster they could have had.
Hell, CvS 1 Pro had more of a roster than this, and I'd expect alot more from SNK than from Capcom.
What a waste, three shotos already for the Capcom side? Plus the same characters we've been seeing for years now. I was damned excited when people like Earthquake and Hugo were announced, but then it seemed to revert back to "characters we've all played with a hundred times already".
There needs to be 5 more characters per side, and they need to be awesome characters who HAVEN'T been in a game like this yet. I'm all for Alex and Duck King, hell, even Heavy D! would work.
And why do all these dream matches NOT have characters from 99 on up? Capcom didn't have any, and now SNK dosen't? I'd gladly throw out Kyo to let K' get a chance to shine.

Theres always the possibility of secret characters too.
