What about the sonic fighting game?
Yuji Naka and Sega of Europe have confirmed that the 12 appearances Sonic made on the Game Gear will be available to unlock in the upcoming Sonic Adventure DX for GameCube, a port of the Dreamcast launch title that will include improved graphics, new missions, and compatibility with the Game Boy Advance. The Game Gear games are:

Well I don't think that was a Game Gear game.
Wow that's a nice perk! I have never played the GG Sonic games and it's a great incentive to get the port, otherwise I didn't see a reason to get it as I have played the DC one alot, and finished it.Nice to see the non American releases make the cut, of course some people might wonder why you would want to play old GG games on your Cube, still cool though.
Sonic: The Fighters was arcade only IIRC, and was on the system 32 board or something, it was by AM2 as well, not sonic team if the useless info in me is steering me in the right direction again.
You missed the description.![]()
HOLY CRAP, this puts all the NES games in AC to shame (sans Super Mario Bros. and Zelda.)

I played the hell out of Tails adventure... fun stuff there.
It was on Model 2 hardware. Sys32 was a super scaler, couldn't really do polygons.Originally posted by NGEFreek

Anyway, this is a neat bonus for sure. I almost wish they wouldn't include Sonic Blast. It's a crime that game was even released once. And Sky Patrol is pretty horrific too. But Sonic Chaos is a classic, and 1 and 2 are still enjoyable. The rest are pretty in between, and worth a shot. Can't complain.
This is indeed an awesome bonus.
And just to nitpick the initial post, Sonic Labyrinth was released in America, I'm almost certain.
You're right. Good catch.
