I deal with this crap all the time. Some jerk thinks he's being pretty hilarious driving slow in the fast lane and putting everyone behind their schedules.

That's a great law! I rarely drive anywhere, but when I do, I'm a pretty slow driver. I stick to the right lane though so as to be courteous to those driving faster. When I do drive fast, I hate getting behind someone slow.

Maybe the sad part is that they actually had to make a law for this.

I think there should be a law saying my Mom cant talk on the phon in the car... I'm telling you she is soooo much worse than this guy... she slams on the brakes at green lights, runs stop signs... the ist just gets worse
