I've been shot at a lot.

First it was by some Shotokan combatant. Kept shouting obscene remarks I couldn't understand. Sounded like "Hadoken", and then my friends have been shot at a lot by a guy named Cable. Curse him!

Descriptions in there range from "Like someone holding a knife against my knee and then hitting that knife with a sledge hammer" to "I knew as soon as it happened and my arm no longer worked" to "felt like someone knocked the wind out of me and I got up, later I found out I had been shot."
